Mike Jernigan spent thirty years as a United States Marine. He was Chief of Staff for the organization responsible for one third of the Marine Corps’ bases. He is passionate about leadership development and helping people grow.

Paul Jung is a public health physician with over 25 years of experience in health policy, health care reform, international health, health workforce issues, and preventive medicine.
Dr. Jung has served as Associate Director of Peace Corps, Chief of Staff of the National Institute of Environmental Health Sciences, professional staff of the U.S. House of Representatives Energy and Commerce Committee, and in the Office of the U.S. Surgeon General.
Dr. Jung has served on the boards of numerous non-profit organizations and was elected to chair the Physicians Professional Advisory Committee of the U.S. Public Health Service for two terms. He is the recipient of the American Medical Association Foundation’s Leadership Award and is a Fellow of the American College of Preventive Medicine.

Gina is Chief of Staff at Erie Street Growth Partners where she oversees strategic, administrative, financial, and operational activities for Erie Street’s Chairman and CEO.
Previously, she served as Chief of Staff at BRJ Ventures–a Chicago-area single family office–and OS Fund, the family office’s life sciences-focused VC arm.
Within these organizations she served as a strategic partner to the CEO and oversaw both firms’ administrative, communications, project management, and human resources functions. For more than 15 years Gina has worked closely with senior leadership in growth stage organizations, and she brings her passion for supporting developing companies and leaders to Erie Street.

Scott has held multiple global roles and has extensive experience in restructuring, optimizing and motivating the workforce, balancing company operating priorities and the customer experience with integrity and focus.
Scott has recognized expertise in implementing corporate security programs, auditing physical security and processes, building world-class security and operations management teams and establishing safety and risk mitigation regimes in a matrix organization across multiple geographies and cultures.
