Speakers Announced to Date

Dr Brendan Nelson AO is Senior Vice President of The Boeing Company and President of Boeing Global, responsible for the company's strategy and operations outside the US. He joined Boeing in 2020 after serving as Director of the Australian War Memorial, Australian Ambassador to the EU and NATO, and Australia's Minister for Defence and Minister for Education. A physician by training, he was the youngest-ever National President of the Australian Medical Association. He was appointed an Officer of the Order of Australia in 2016 and holds three honorary doctorates. He is the author of Of Life and Of Leadership.

Margery Kraus is founder and executive chair of APCO, a global advisory consultancy headquartered in Washington, D.C. She has deep expertise in strategic counsel on crisis management, market entry, and corporate reputation. Since founding APCO in 1984, she has grown it into a multinational firm and one of the largest majority women-owned consultancies in the world. She pioneered early corporate responsibility and public-private partnership practices. Margery serves on several boards, including as a trustee of American University and chairman emeritus of the Women Presidents' Organization.

Geoffrey van Leeuwen is the Secretary General’s Chief of Staff who in that role oversees the International Staff, and as his principal strategic advisor also has the primary responsibility for coordinating all NATO Policy. Before taking over as Chief of Staff and Director of the Office of the Secretary General, Geoffrey van Leeuwen served as Minister for Foreign Trade and Development Cooperation for the Netherlands, after having spent several years as National Security Advisor to the Prime Minister. Geoffrey van Leeuwen has spent a career in Dutch diplomacy, in different positions varying from Dutch Ambassador in Kabul in 2016-2018, Director for the Middle East and North Africa, Head of Security and Defence Policy, to Consul-General in Mumbai.  Before his career at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, he spent a year in the Dutch Army as part of his national service, finishing as Second Lieutenant.

With over 27 years at AT&T, Laurie has multi‑dimensional experience in sales leadership, strategic planning, and business transformation, including serving as Chief of Staff to senior executives. Today, as a CPCC and PCC‑certified executive coach, she helps C‑suite leaders and Chiefs of Staff navigate difficult transitions, align decisions with core values, and achieve their self‑defined growth goals. She brings chief‑level insight to each client, having navigated complex decisions and politics at the highest levels of business.

Chris Barry is Corporate President at Microsoft, leading the US Public Sector Industries segment including federal, state and local government, higher education, and defence. He oversees teams leveraging Microsoft Cloud and AI to drive digital transformation. With nearly 23 years at Microsoft, Chris has held leadership roles in sales and marketing across the US, Canada, and globally. He previously served as President of Microsoft Canada and as COO for Microsoft's Industry Solutions business. Chris serves on the Board of Directors for Toronto Global and splits his time between Seattle and Washington, D.C.

Susan Scutt is a transformational leader with over 25 years of experience across consulting, corporate, and private equity environments. She began her PE career as chief of staff at a Vista Equity Partners portfolio company, later serving as chief of staff to the founder of Vista's Consulting Group, where she led transformational initiatives and established the External Director program. She went on to build and lead Portfolio Operations at TCV and most recently directed Portfolio Optimization Centers of Excellence at Partners Group. Susan partners closely with CEOs and investors to turn strategy into disciplined execution.

Christopher Rassi serves as Chief of Staff and Under Secretary General, People and Strategy at the International Federation of Red Cross and Red Crescent Societies (IFRC), based in Geneva. He supports the Secretary General in discharging key statutory responsibilities while overseeing the Executive Office, Human Resources, Strategic Planning, Ethical Practices, and Global Security. A lawyer by background, Christopher has worked across the UN system — including the Special Tribunal for Lebanon and the International Criminal Tribunals for the Former Yugoslavia and Rwanda — before moving into senior operational and leadership roles with the IFRC across Southeast Asia and beyond. He is the IFRC's designated Safeguarding Champion and serves on several international boards.

Matt Fitzpatrick is the CEO of Invisible Technologies, leading the company’s mission to make AI work. Since joining as CEO in January 2025, he has raised $130M in capital, expanded R&D to advance Invisible’s core AI software platform, and accelerated AI adoption across industries from sports to consumer and government. Previously, Matt was a Senior Partner at McKinsey, where he led QuantumBlack Labs, the firm’s AI R&D and software development arm. He holds degrees from Princeton University and the Wharton School.
