Programmes Overview

The chief of staff role requires exceptional analytical skills, diplomacy, and meticulous organisation to navigate complex priorities. Until now, tailored educational programmes for this unique position have been scarce. The Chief of Staff Association (CSA) has collaborated with Harvard Business School and University of Oxford to create two intensive, four and five-day Executive Education Programmes. Through immersive case studies, practical workshops, and collaborative peer learning, these programmes provide you with the precise skills needed to excel in this dynamic role.
  • Harvard Business School. Master relational leadership and stakeholder influence. You’ll learn how to drive consensus, balance innovation with execution and navigate complex organisational dynamics.
  • University of Oxford. Anticipate global trends and lead large-scale change. You’ll practice aligning diverse stakeholders, optimising systems and extending your influence across boundaries.
  • SDA Bocconi School of Management (coming soon). Navigate the external forces shaping every strategic decision. You'll build practical frameworks for geopolitical risk, regulatory complexity and institutional change, and learn to translate a volatile world into clear options for your principal and organisation.

"It’s a high-trust, high-pressure role. Our members don’t have to do it alone."
